Courtney started online coaching 6 years ago after getting certified through ISSN as a Sports Nutrition Specialist. She later graduated with my BSci degree in Nutritional Sciences & Exercise where she learned how to properly formulate meal plans as well as how to effectively counsel clients. She teach's her clients the fundamentals of proper training and nutrition, provides them tips and tricks to mastering those fundamentals and guide them in expanding their minds and changing their perspectives.
